A multi-skilled entrepreneur with strong skills in planning, leadership, and high-managerial abilities.

Civil Engineer graduated in1996 from ESIB (Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Beyrouth). Mastered many technical skills which were a key success factor in insurance industry. Lead projects to new performance levels while exerting positive leadership style to motivate and synergize existing team.

Obtained Strategic Thinking and Performance Management Certificate in 2014 from GWU (Georges Washington University). Practiced resource utilization, revenue growth, and cost reduction.

Proactive management of crucial external relationships lead to triple the volume of Allianz SNA as well as Arabia Insurance business in Lebanon in four years.

Gunay is a Co-founder and Chief of Business Development of First Medicine, and leverages her expertise in international business development to form strong relationships with partners overseas. She has worked with New Generation Power and Seaspire Advisors, building relationships for global projects in the healthcare, agriculture, and renewable energy sectors. Gunay holds a degree in Political Science from Roosevelt University and is fluent in Russian, Turkish, and Azerbaijani.
